Featured Instrument We're pleased to offer this splendid violin made in 1757 by Aegidius Kloz, considered one of the best of this prolific violin making family. A notable aspect of its construction is the stunning bird's eye maple back and matching ribs. The top is of evenly fine grained spruce. It's truly a joy to play, as one of my clients said the other day, it practically plays itself. It comes with a Moennig and Sons certificate.
